Book a week: Book 17

I am not sure, I still have to call it Book a week.

I finished the book "Snow" by John Banville. I share the books on Instagram as well.

It is fund to make new graphics to showcase my books.

Okay, now about the book "Snow"

That was a fun graphic to create a Sunday!

Victim is Father Lawless, a catholic priest. His body  ended up in the library of  the Osborn family. The body is adjusted. The blood is wiped away.

Now it the job of Detective Stratford to find out what happened. No one in the family heard of anything. Then, Stratford's assistant is gone missing too.

The Catholic church is not interested in finding the truth. So we are left to wonder why!

The priest had a past: untold stories. When the detective finally finds his assistant's body, he almost got a clue about who might have killed the priest. But, is that one is the actual killer??

The last chapter surprisingly reveals the real killer.

Life will go on. Do you want justice to be served? Is it done well in this story?

Read and find on your own!!!!

3D text effect using Canva

I am spending more time on Canva.com. it is a fun activity for me.

So far I am using only the free version. After getting really good with it, I am planning to get the paid version.

If you like to watch it on video, it is given below. If you like step by step instructions, go below to read.

It has several free features. Then some paid as well. All of my illustrations were recently made using this platform.

The above quote is also made there.

For this one, first I chose a blank template and started building. There are several free backgrounds. I chose the grey and white one.

Then for text, I chose "subheading"

Then highlighted the text I typed. Then chose "effects". Then changed "Offset", "Blur" and "Transparency" to 100.

That is it1 You can create interesting text using Canva.
