Beads, wire, Jewelry

Which girl doesn't like beads? 
I  don't know how they make beautiful stitched designs. I can play with wire though. 
This one is going to be a gift for my best friend. 

I made a chain with wrapped loops.

When that one finished, I made a whimsical ring for myself.

 The ring was fast. I took about 2 hours to finish the chain. 
What kind of jewelry you like to give as gifts or want for yourself? The simple ones I showed here or the more chunky ones?
